Your Data: Export or Delete

You can ask for access to, correction of, a portable copy of, or deletion of your ADT Academy data.

How to ask

1. Email support@americandreamtrading.com with the subject "Privacy request" (helpful, but not required), from the address you sign in with, or tell us the Discord account you sign in with.
2. Say whether you want an export, a correction or deletion of your Academy data.
3. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, and we respond to authenticated requests within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, with an explanation).

Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment details.

What deletion covers

Your Academy progress, quiz attempts, streaks, badges, certificates (their public links stop working), certificate name and consent records. It does not cancel a paid membership or delete your ADT Journal or Discord account; cancelling renewal, deleting an account and unsubscribing from marketing are separate actions. Academy backups roll off within 30 days.
