ADT Academy Terms of Use
American Dream Trading LLC · ADT Academy · Effective and last updated October 10, 2026
ADT Academy is operated by American Dream Trading LLC. These Academy terms apply together with the ADT Terms & Conditions, which govern ADT memberships, purchases and services, including dispute resolution and governing law. If they conflict, the ADT Terms & Conditions control.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
2. Education only, not advice
ADT provides general trading education. It does not assess your personal financial circumstances, recommend transactions tailored to your portfolio, manage your account, execute your trades or hold your trading funds. American Dream Trading LLC and Coach Chad Christian are not registered as investment advisers, broker-dealers or commodity trading advisors. See the full Risk Disclosure.
3. Risk
Stocks, options, futures, cryptocurrency and other investments involve substantial risk, including loss of principal and, for some leveraged products, losses exceeding an initial deposit. You are responsible for your decisions, suitability assessment and independent research. Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. ADT makes no guarantee of profits, income or loss avoidance.
4. Hypothetical performance
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
5. Your account and conduct
Provide accurate account information. Do not share accounts or access credentials, redistribute ADT proprietary content, use unauthorized bots or scrapers, automate sign-ups or quizzes, or choose an offensive certificate name. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the Academy and its learners.
6. Certificates
Academy certificates recognize completion of free educational lessons. They are not a license, registration, professional credential or evidence of trading skill. We may revoke certificates issued in error or through abuse.
7. Content
Lessons, slides and materials are ADT proprietary content for your personal learning; do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
8. Paid membership
The Academy is free. Paid memberships are sold and governed by the ADT Terms & Conditions, including its no-refund policy: ADT has a zero-refund policy, applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADT and its personnel are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive loss arising from the services. For other covered claims, their aggregate liability is limited to the greater of $250 or three times the monthly equivalent fee for the service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them, and they do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Disputes and governing law
Please contact support@americandreamtrading.com with a description of a dispute so ADT can attempt to resolve it within 30 days. Disputes not resolved informally are handled as set out in the ADT Terms & Conditions (individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, where validly agreed and permitted by law). Virginia law governs, subject to the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
